Undergraduate Advising

Students interested in declaring a Psychology major should review the Major Declaration Guide. To declare a major in Psychology, students must complete the CCAS Declaration of Major form, available in CCAS office and the Psychology Department, and meet with a Major Declaration Advisor. Office hours are listed below.

Once you have declared a major in Psychology, your Psychology advisor will be Prof. Stephen Dopkins. Students seeking guidance regarding further education and career opportunities in the areas of clinical psychology, cognitive neuroscience, developmental psychology, or applied social psychology may request assignment to specialized advisors in those areas.  Students who are assigned specialized career advisors should refer questions regarding coursework to Prof. Dopkins.
