The Office of the Vice President for Research provides information and support for proposal development, budget development, and award management, as well as GW forms and procedures for submitting applications for external funding.

Psychology Alumnus Elected Mayor

Columbian College alumnus Vincent Gray, BS ’64, was elected mayor of the District of Columbia in 2010. While at GW, Gray studied psychology and was the first black member of a University fraternity. In 2009, he was awarded GW's Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award.
