My current research examines the well-being of adopted children raised in gay, lesbian, and heterosexually parented families. The Toddlers and Preschoolers Parenting Study (TAPPS) investigates child outcomes (behavioral and psychological adjustment, gender and social development) and family and couple variables (attachment style, parenting style, parental dyadic adjustment) in families referred by adoption agencies across the country.
